WOOOHOOO!! Congrats to the Dunlap family!!! Amber, can't believe you can hold a secret that long! ;) I know that this baby will be a huge blessing to all of you! Praise God for new life!
Things you should know to add interest to some of the incidents recorded in this blog:
1. My husband is a solo pastor serving his first congregation. 2. We live in rural South Dakota (that defines most of South Dakota, actually). 3. Our little piece of rural SD is 80 miles from the nearest town large enough to have a Wal-Mart, etc. 4. We have a three-year-old and an eleven-month-old. 5. Our average Sunday morning attendance is about 45. 6. We currently have the youngest children in the church. 7. Until recently, they were the only ones below school age. 8. The church nursery operates only during the sermon portion of the service. 9. As often as possible I situate my family in the third row--out of five. 10. There are three sections of five rows. 11. All this really means is that we're very visible no matter where we are. 12. Hence the title of this blog. 13. Above all, and no matter how it may sound, we actually are very happy to be here!
What!!! I just asked you if you were prego like a week ago! I completely believed you when you told me no. Yay!
